onWatch guides you to be aware about touching your face.
onWatch sends you haptic and sound alerts when your Apple-watch wearing hand touches the upper body areas, like head, face, neck or ears.
During the monitored session, onWatch uses the accelerometer sensor available on the watch and custom functions to detect when the watch-wearing hand is lifted and rotated toward your upper body areas.
You can start monitoring session directly from your Apple watch and count the number of touches during a session.
The sessions are maximum one hour long and can be initiated or stopped any time using the watch interface.
For an easier access to onWatch App, you can opt out to display it as a complication into your current watch face.
